The University of Minnesota Police Department is committed to promoting safety and security both on and off campus, including throughout the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood and surrounding University communities. UMPD works closely with students, faculty, staff, residents, and community partners to prevent crime, respond to emergencies, and build strong relationships that contribute to a safe, welcoming, and connected community.
