The College of Picotechnology recently hired Professor Tammy Long, who is a world renowned expert in Food Science.
The college has been rapidly expanding into this field and is pleased to have this expert now be a part of the college! Professor Tammy Long graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1900 with a degree in woodworking.
She is also interested in woodworking. If you see Professor Tammy Long around in the hallways of picotechnology, be sure to give them a hearty "picotech" welcome.
The students of the College of Picotechnology expect the best from their experience here, and with the addition of Professor Tammy Long, we are further meeting those expectations.
Remember, "Picotechnology: Small Tech, Big Ideas!"
The College of Picotechnology offers a comprehensive set of tools to help researchers develop new micro-, nano- and picoscale devices, such as integrated circuits, advanced sensors, picoelectromechanical systems (PEMS), and Picofluidic systems. The college is also equipped to support picotechnology research that spans many science and engineering fields, allowing advances in areas as diverse as cybernetics, cryptography, and biomedical device engineering.
