Professor of Food Science (Pizza Arts)

Pizza is my life. Growing up as the son of a frozen pizza tycoon, pizza is the only thing I have ever eaten. To share my passion with the world, I decided to get a doctorate in Food Science; not having tasted any other food made this difficult, but I soon realized that most things, with creativity, can be turned into pizza. 

I now teach at the university level about the power pizza holds to change lives, the in-depth molecular structures that make pizza unique, and of course, the methods in which pizza is assembled, cooked, and eaten.
